Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

Due to high spring tides, flooding is expected this evening Saturday 01/03/25 between 6.30PM and 8.00PM. Areas most at risk include the Hessle area around Hessle Haven. Hessle foreshore flood gates are closed.
High spring tides will continue over the next few days and the next forecast tide which is expected to be sufficiently high to cause flooding, is Monday 03/03/25 evening tide between 7.15PM and 9PM.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update this message by 9PM Saturday 01/03/25.
