Flood Warning

Flooding is expected over the high tides from Wednesday morning 11th March through to the morning tide on Thursday 12th March.
High water at St Ives on Wednesday is 06:06 and 18:30 and Thursday at 06:51. Times of high water will vary along the coast. Conditions apply two hours either side of high tide. The tidal gate at Copperhouse Pool has been closed.
Force 6 to 7 west south west winds and offshore wave heights of over 5m are forecast. Expect tides to be up to 500mm higher than predicted due to weather conditions.
This may cause localised standing water on roads. Do not drive through flood water or waves. Keep up to date with weather and tide conditions on local radio.
We are monitoring the situation and will update this information on Wednesday or if the situation changes.
