Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides, strong winds and large waves over the next two days may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible over high tide on the evening of Saturday 6th December.
Low lying coastal roads, promenades, car parks and harbours may be flooded.
High tide at Padstow on Saturday evening is at 18:13, times of high water will vary along the coast. The forecast total high tide level is 3.93mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be 0.1 to 0.2m above tide table level. Strong force 6 south-westerly winds and offshore wave heights of up to 6.0m are forecast.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
