This is an archived message. The status has changed more recently.
This Flood Warning has been removed. However, a Flood Alert remains in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land in the Lamberhurst and Goudhurst areas. Further heavy showers are forecast overnight tonight, clearing on Friday morning.
River levels are now falling, having peaked in Lamberhurst early afternoon on Thursday 3 November 2022 but still pose a flood risk to roads, gardens and fields.
We continue to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are ensuring that rivers are flowing freely and that any structures are working correctly.
