Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels today are high but steady. Flooding is possible on 26th January 2026. Heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours which will likely lead to further river rises overnight into tomorrow.
Flooding may affect low lying land and roads along the River Arrow from Michaelchurch to Brierley. Other areas that may be affected include Kington, Staunton and Eardisland. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
