Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high at the Evesham river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Waterside Road area as well as the road and the car park on the meadow. Pershore road bridge is now flooded, and a road closure may now be in effect.
Observed peak: - Evesham 3.49m Tuesday morning, 07/01/2025.
No further significant rainfall is expected today. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and Local Authorities.
Please move possessions and valuables off the ground or to safety and avoid contact with flood water.
