Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are continuing to fall at the Stratford river gauge following recent heavy rainfall. But water levels are still high, so a risk of flooding remains. Flooding could still be affecting properties in the Binton Road area and Mill Lane in Welford on Avon.
No significant further rainfall is forecast over the weekend and although river levels are falling, they still pose a flood risk.
We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and our incident response staff will be out again clearing weed screens.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded and avoid contact with flood water.
This message will be updated on 12/02/24, or as the situation changes.
