Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are high as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding of property, roads and low lying land is expected to continue as river levels are peaking this evening on Sunday 27 December 2020. There is a possibility of flooding for low lying properties in the Collier Street area. Levels may be similar to those experienced during December 2019. We are closely monitoring the situation. We expect river levels on the Lesser Teise to fall overnight into Monday morning 28 December, but river levels on the River Beult are expected to continue to rise until Monday evening 28 December 2020. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively monitoring the situation and are prepared to respond if required. Please stay aware of your local situation and avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated by 9am on Monday 28 December, or as the situation changes.
