The water level in the River Blackwater and Cadnam River is high but slowly falling. Today (19/02/2026), flooding will continue to affect land, fields, and roads at Cadnam, West Wellow, Landford and Ower. Water levels will also be high around the mill building at East Wellow. Only a small amount of rain is forecast until Monday (23/02/2026). River levels and flood risk will continue to reduce during that time. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and will ensure the river is kept free of reported blockages. Avoid low lying roads near rivers‚ which may be flooded. This message will be updated by 18:00 on 21/02/2026.
