Heavy rain is causing river levels to rise this afternoon, Saturday 19th July, which may lead to flooding.
Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Brent, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around A41 near Tesco, Brent Cross; Perival Park Golf Course; Ruislip Road East Sports Ground opposite Gurnell Grove.
Further rainfall is forecast throughout the day.
We are closely monitoring the situation and checking rivers for blockages.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
