Flood warning

River levels are rising steadily on the River Cale due to heavy rainfall.
Areas most at risk include Hopkins Court, Bennetts Field Trading Estate, Whitehall, Moor Lane and part of the A371; Hopkins Court, Bennetts Field Trading Estate, Whitehall, Moor Lane and part of the A372.
Flooding is expected at Hopkins Court, Bennetts Field Trading Estate, Whitehall, Moor Lane and part of the A371; Hopkins Court, Bennetts Field Trading Estate, Whitehall, Moor Lane and part of the A372 from 07:00 PM on 04/01/2024.
No further rainfall is forecast.
River levels are expected to remain high, but the risk of flooding to properties remains.
We will continue to monitor levels closely.
Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Consider putting your flood plan into action. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
