River levels at Mexborough Lock continue to fall. As levels are still high, this warning remains in force.
We do not expect any further rainfall over Sunday 10/11/19, however, the forecast for the rest of the week is unsettled. Our incident response staff are monitoring the forecast from our incident room. Please visit GOV.UK for a 5 day flood forecast. Avoid contact with flood water and plan driving routes to avoid low-lying roads which may be flooded. This message will be updated at 20:25 on 10/11/2019 or if the situation changes.
