Flood alert

This is a Flood Alert update. River levels remain high at the Ebbesbourne Wake river gauge due to recent rainfall and the high ground water levels. Flooding could still affect locations near the River Ebble, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around tributaries between Alvediston and Nunton. Further rainfall is over the weekend and we are closely monitoring the situation. Please avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses, and do not attempt to walk, cycle or drive through flood water. People in this area should continue to monitor local water levels and weather conditions. This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 14 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
