High river levels are expected to cause flooding today. Flooding is expected on 28 January 2026 . River levels are now starting to recede. Flooding is still forecast to affect locations near the River Ebble, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around Ebbesbourne Wake, Bower Chalke, Broad Chalke, Bishopstone, Stratford Tony and Coombe Bissett. We are closely monitoring the situation . Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water . This message will be updated by 5:00PM on 28 January 2026 or as the situation changes.
