Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels remain high in response to rainfall associated with Storm Darragh. Areas most at risk include low lying land in the Esk Valley and some minor roads. Levels are expected to remain high on the River Esk today, Sunday 08/12/2024. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 11:59pm on Sunday, 08/12/2024, or as the situation changes.
