"Property flooding is expected.
River levels have risen steadily on the River Kennet as a result of heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of property, roads and farmland is possible this evening 16/2/20.
We expect river levels to remain high for several days.
Please move family, pets and cars to safety and remain safe and aware of your local surroundings. We are closely monitoring the situation.
This message will be updated tomorrow morning, 17/2/20, or as the situation changes."
