River levels are rising rapidly on the River Lim and rainfall will continue to fall until 01:00 AM on 21/10/2021
Areas most at risk include Venlake, King Georges Field, Mill Green, Coombe Street and Bridge Street.
Flooding of property is possible between 10:00 PM and 03:00 AM on 21/10/2021.
We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and are checking rivers for blockages in the area.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses and do not attempt to walk or drive through flood water.
Monitor local water levels and weather conditions. Consider putting your flood plan into action. You should avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
Residents are strongly urged to take action now. Remain safe and be aware of your surroundings.
