Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

River levels have risen at the Osborne Place river gauge as a result of persistent heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of property is imminent. We expect flooding to affect properties in and around Vicarage Street and Bridge Street Sports field may be impacted.
We expect river levels to remain high for several days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
This message will be updated by 6pm on Monday 21/02/22, or as the situation changes.
