River levels have risen at the Lydney river gauge as a result of Storm Bert. Consequently, flooding of property is expected.
We expect flooding to affect properties around Forest Road, Lydney Town and Station Road
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water.
