This Flood Warning has been removed.
River levels have now fallen below the level expected to cause flooding. Flood Alerts remain in force for the wider area, so flooding may still affect roads and low lying land. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours.
We are continuing to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are out on the ground, checking and clearing any blockages and debris from the River Mole and its tributaries.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses.
