Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels are rising and forecast to rise further this evening, which may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from 01:00 AM Sunday 08/12/2024 and river levels will remain elevated into Sunday morning 08/12/2024.
Areas most at risk include riverside footpaths and low lying land and roads.
Further flooding is possible tomorrow as river levels are expected to remain high due to the prolonged rainfall.
We are closely monitoring the situation.
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
