Flooding possible. Be prepared.
Rising river levels today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 15 December 2025 .
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads around Black, Barkers, Windle and Whittle Brooks and their tributaries. Further rainfall is forecast this afternoon and river levels are expected to continue to rise.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
