Flooding expected. Take action now.
Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 09 December 2025 .
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from the early hours on Tuesday.
The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Seaton Car Park and the Seaton Valley Nature Reserve. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are rising and the highest levels may coincide with the morning high tide at around 08:30am leading to increased risk of flooding.
This Flood Warning has been issued based off of the current forecast.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
