Flooding expected. Take action now.
Following heavy rain, river levels remain high.
Flooding is expected throughout the day and overnight of 09 December 2025 .
The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around Seaton Car Park and the Seaton Valley Nature Reserve. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are high and flood levels may increase over this evening's high tide at Looe is at 9:03PM.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
