River levels remain high at the Haw Bridge river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected to continue. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in and around Tirley, Chaceley and Haw Bridge, including the B4213. Haw Bridge river gauge peaked at 5.16m midday today, 25/01/21. Rain is expected in the next few days which may keep river levels high. We are continuing to monitor the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences. Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. This message will be updated by 11am on Tuesday 26/01/21, or as the situation changes.
