Flood warning

Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this evening. Areas most at risk are properties at Huston Close, Proctors Park Road and Mill Lane near the River Soar. Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at Pillings Lock Gauge are rising. Levels will remain high until Monday 16/02/26. We are closely monitoring the situation . Start acting on your flood plan if you have one . This message will be updated by 03:30PM on 15 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
