Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels are rising at the Puxton river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is possible later this evening 06/01/25 and into tomorrow 07/01/25. We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in the Kidderminster area.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next few days.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are liaising with emergency services and or Local Authorities.
Please plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
