Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels remain high but are beginning to fall at the Kidderminster CL (Puxton) river gauge, as a result of Storm Dennis. Consequently, the risk of flooding remains. Flooding is affecting properties and roads in the Kidderminster area.
Further light rainfall is forecast over the next 12 hours. We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water.
This message will be updated by 12pm on Tuesday 18/02/20, or as the situation changes.
