Flooding expected. Take action now.
River levels have risen at the Stourbridge river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall in addition to snowmelt. Consequently, flooding of property is possible overnight. We expect flooding to affect properties around Prestwood, Bells Mill, Rushall Close, Morrow Way, Bradley Road, Canal Street and Mill Race Lane.
Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours.
We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are actively checking river levels and the weather forecast.
Please activate any property flood protection products you may have, such as flood barriers and air brick covers and avoid contact with flood water, and call 999 if in immediate danger.
This message will be updated by 12:00 on Monday, 06/01/25, or as the situation changes.
