Flood alert

High river levels today may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible on Monday 09 February 2026. River levels remain high, but are slowly falling.

Areas most at risk are riverside areas of the River Stour between Sudbury and Dedham. In Langham, local roads are prone to flooding and cars may become stranded on Sky Hall Hill Road, Wick Road and Lower Farm Road.

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels.

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
