Flood warning

River levels are rising at the Leintwardine river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall.



Consequently, flooding of property, roads and farmland is expected today, Sunday 24/11/24.





We expect flooding to affect properties and roads in Leintwardine and Walford including the A4113 at Leintwardine.



Predicted peak:- Leintwardine 1.9m to 2.1m tonight, Sunday 24/11/24.


Further rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours.

We expect river levels to remain high over the next few days.

We are closely monitoring the situation.

Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and avoid contact with flood water.
