High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from overnight on 08 February 2026
Areas most at risk are North End, Tolney Lane, Kelham Road and Farndon Road. Tolney Lane Caravan Site and riverside marinas in Newark are also at risk. Light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at the Farndon Gauge will rise until Tuesday morning, 10/02/2026. Levels will remain high until Wednesday, 11/02/2026.
We are closely monitoring the situation & patrolling watercourses.
Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and move family, pets and cars to safety.
