Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Willington, Ingleby, Barrow upon Trent, Swarkestone, the B5008 at Willington, the access frontage at Swarkestone, the A5132 between Willington and Barrow, and Meadow Lane. Rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at Willington Gauge remain high and are forecast to remain high until at least Saturday 14/02/2026.
