Flooding expected. Take action now.
High river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning. Flooding is expected on 20 December 2025 . Flooding may affect properties and roads in and around Maesbrook including the A483 between Llanymynech and Four Crosses, just south of Llanymynech Bridge. Predicted peaks:- Llanymynech peaked at 4.23m 18/12 AM, Cae Howel 4.2m to 4.3m 20/12 AM. We are closely monitoring the situation . Start acting on your flood plan if you have one . This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 21 December 2025 or as the situation changes.
