Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.
Flooding is expected on 18 December 2025 .
Flooding may affect properties and roads in and around Maesbrook including the A483 between Llanymynech and Four Crosses, just south of Llanymynech Bridge. Predicted peaks:- Llanymynech 4.2m to 4.4m on 18/12 AM.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
