River Waring has being falling steadily today, Sunday 7th February, and we do not expect any further flooding to properties upstream of Stanhope Road. There may be standing water in low lying areas and fields for several days. We will continue to monitor the situation closely as there is potential for further rainfall Monday 8th February.
