This flood warning has been issued as river levels have risen as a result of heavy rainfall. Levels on the River Wharfe at Tadcaster are currently at 3.3m. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is expected. Areas most at risk are properties in Ulleskelf and Ryther. We expect to see levels peaking in the next few hours. We will continue to monitor the situation closely. This message will be updated in 8 hours, or as the situation changes.
