Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 28 February 2026 .
Areas most at risk are Thrussington Mill, including Station Road, and isolated properties on Brooksby Road and Hoby Road. Light rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at the Frisby on the Wreake Gauge will rise until approximately midnight tonight, 28/02/2026. Levels will remain high until tomorrow morning, 01/03/2026.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
