Flooding possible. Be prepared.
Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are rising quickly on the Hughenden Stream in High Wycombe following recent heavy rainfall. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is possible today 26/02/2025, especially in the Hughenden area of High Wycombe. The weather forecast for today is for a heavy spell of rain this morning followed by showers. We expect river levels to continue to rise for the next few hours. We are monitoring the situation. Avoid contact with flood water. This message will be updated Thursday morning, 27/02/25, or as the situation changes.
