Flooding expected. Take action now.
High spring tides and a tidal surge may lead to overtopping of sea defences. Forecast high water is 20:15 on 11/03/20 with a level of 7.45 mAOD and a Force 5 South Westerly wind. All times are local and refer to the high water time at Hinkley and mAOD is height above average sea level. For more details refer to local tide tables. There is the possibility of flooding to vulnerable seafront properties at these times for the coastline between Quay West and The Warren including seafront properties on Culvercliffe Court, Quay West and Quay Street.
We have operational gangs out on site to monitor the tides and any impacts. Please be careful along beaches, promenades and coastal footpaths and roads.
