Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible on 2nd March 2026.
Areas particularly at risk include low lying areas including Fore Street, Town Quay, Albert Quay and Caffa Mill Car park at Fowey, Quay Street and Recreation ground at Lostwithiel, Polperro Harbour, Quay Road and The Quay at Looe and the B3247 at Seaton. High tide at Plymouth on Monday morning is at 05:00, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.58mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be around 0.4m above tide table level. Strong force 5 southerly winds and offshore wave heights up to 3m are forecast over the high tide.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
