Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Swan Brook, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around Victoria Ave, Kings Rd, Chestnut Mew, Church Hill, Springfield Rd, Cornwall Rd, Commerical Rd, Station Rd, Institute Rd, The Square, Shore Rd, High St and Parade in Swanage.
River levels are expected to remain high and flooding of properties will continue.
Further heavy rainfall is forecast this afternoon.
