High river levels are expected to cause flooding today.
Flooding is expected on 27 January 2026 .
River levels are rising rapidly on the Swan Brook due to heavy rainfall. River levels are expected to remain high on the Swan Brook. Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the Swan Brook, with low lying land expected to be most affected, particularly around Victoria Ave, Kings Rd, Chestnut Mew, Church Hill, Springfield Rd, Cornwall Rd, Commerical Rd, Station Rd, Institute Rd, The Square, Shore Rd, High St and Parade in Swanage.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Please do not drive through floodwater as bow waves may affect adjacent properties Don't put yourself or others at risk.
