The groundwater level at the Delcombe Wood borehole has dropped back below 137m above sea level.
The risk of flooding from groundwater has receded for the time being.
The weather over the next two weeks will continue unsettled with occasional bands of rain. Groundwater levels are still very high and will respond to any period of heavy rain. Our staff will continue to monitor the situation and will re-issue this warning should our groundwater forecasts indicated an increased risk of flooding.
