Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides this evening may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible over the high tide on the evening of Thursday 6 November.
Areas particularly at risk include low-lying land, roads and carparks, particularly at Little Petherick. The high tide at Padstow on Thursday evening is at 17:36. Forecast total high tide level is 4.57mAOD. Expect tide levels along the coast to be up to 0.4m above tide table level. Force 2 southerly winds and offshore wave heights of up to 1.6m are forecast over the high tide. Coastal conditions should ease by Friday morning.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
