Flooding possible. Be prepared.
High tides combined with high river flows from upstream this afternoon may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from 16:00 to 18:30 on 21 February.
Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads near rivers in the Talbot Road, Percy Road, Napier Road, Haliburton Road, Eve Road and Northcote Road footbridge areas.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
