High river levels today may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible on 15 February 2026 and into 16 February 2026.

Flooding of low lying land and roads is expected, especially in the Alton and Tilford areas. Levels are currently rising, and further rain is expected this afternoon and evening, sometimes heavy. River levels will remain responsive to further rainfall.

We are closely monitoring the situation.

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water.
