High river levels are expected to cause flooding today. 
Flooding is expected on 13 November 2025 . 
Locations most affected will be Whelpo Beck, Gill Beck and Cald Beck at Caldbeck, Whelpo and Upton. 
We are closely monitoring the situation . 
Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses . 
This message will be updated by 4:00PM on 13 November 2025 or as the situation changes.
