Flooding possible. Be prepared.
River levels continue to rise at the Perdiswell river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Consequently, flooding of roads and farmland is expected today, Monday 06/01/2025.
We expect flooding to affect low lying land and roads adjacent the Barbourne Brook from the M5 to Barbourne including Perdiswell and Blackpole Industrial Estate.
Further showers are possible over the next 24 hours.
Our incident response staff are closely monitoring the situation.
Please avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses and plan driving routes to avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded.
This message will be updated by 11am on Tuesday, 07/01/2025, or as the situation changes.
