Flooding expected. Take action now.

Flood warning

High tides are expected to cause flooding on Wednesday.  
Flooding is expected for 1 hour either side of Wednesday morning's tide at 10:15 on 05/11/2025 and 12:15 on 05/11/2025.  
The weather increases tide table values by 0.28 m. Total forecast tide is 4.06 metres Chart Datum (2.31 mAOD) at Beaulieu. Light South Easterly Force 4 wind. Palace Lane and the B3056 (Hatchet Lane) north of the Mill Pond will flood. Access to the village will be temporarily difficult. On the downstream side of the pond, the Mill House garden will flood. Wednesday's tide at 22:30 on 05/11/2025 is forecast to be 6 cm lower (2.25 mAOD). There is no significant rainfall in the forecast outlook. Flood impacts are predicted at each high tide until Saturday (08/11/2025).  
We are closely monitoring the situation .  
Activate any flood protection products you may have .
